The Leadership Core Summer Bootcamp at African Leadership College is a two-week immersive, in-person experience designed for high school students preparing for university and life beyond the classroom.
Students will develop practical skills in leadership, communication, critical thinking, data-driven decision-making, teamwork, and entrepreneurial problem-solving, all while experiencing life on the ALC campus in Mauritius.

This bootcamp helps students begin that transition with the right foundation. Through experiential learning, peer collaboration, real-world projects, and guided activities, students build the skills they need to succeed in university and beyond.

The bootcamp takes place at African Leadership College, located in Beau Plan Smart City, Mauritius.
ALC’s learning model is experiential, technology-enabled, peer-to-peer, and project-based. Students will learn in a vibrant academic environment while also experiencing a new culture, building lifelong connections, and exploring the island of Mauritius.
The programme includes opening and closing ceremonies, academic sessions, student life activities, and opportunities to explore Mauritius during weekends.
Students will stay on the ALC campus, with accommodation and food included in the programme fee.
